Why Theatre of Wellness?
We don’t just experience life. We create stories about it, Stories which we repeat to ourselves, Some heal us, some hold us back.
Every experience becomes a story. And every story deserves to be understood. Some experiences stay with us long after they've happened. Not just because of what happened—but because of what we came to believe about ourselves afterwards.
Life quietly assigns us roles.
The achiever.
The caregiver.
The people pleaser.
The one who always stays strong.
Sometimes these stories help us grow.
Sometimes they leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain.
At Theatre of Wellness, we offer a space to slow down, make sense of those experiences, and understand your story with compassion rather than judgement.
Together, we'll help you discover new perspectives, build on your strengths, and move towards greater clarity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.
While every person's story is unique, our therapeutic approach is grounded in established psychological science and evidence-based practice. Every intervention is thoughtfully chosen based on your individual needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Hello,
I'm Archana Malik.
Thank you for being here.
If you've found yourself here, chances are life has been feeling heavier than usual. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling in a relationship, carrying a loss, questioning yourself, or simply feeling like something isn't quite right. Whatever brings you here, you don't have to carry it alone. Taking the first step towards therapy isn't always easy. And you've already done something important by beginning your search.
Therapy isn't about being judged, told what to do, or having someone "fix" you. It's about having a space where you can slow down, share honestly, and be heard and understood just as you are.
My role is to listen with care, understand your experiences, and walk alongside you as we make sense of what you're going through. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
Every session is grounded in compassion, confidentiality, professional ethics, and approaches supported by psychological research. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood—because meaningful healing begins in relationships built on trust.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, relationships, parenting, grief, workplace stress, or a difficult season in life, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I look forward to meeting you.
My Qualifications & Professional Background
CRR No. A97158
Throughout my journey I have had the privilege to support people across different stages of life and in a variety of settings. Alongside counselling individuals and families, I have worked closely with parents, supported people experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, workplace challenges, and life transitions, and guided individuals towards healthier emotional wellbeing.
Before dedicating my work fully to psychology, I also spent several years in Human Resources, where I coached and supported frontline managers, developed leadership capabilities, and helped employees navigate workplace challenges. This experience deepened my understanding of how personal wellbeing, relationships, and professional life are closely connected.
Above all, I believe every person deserves to be met with empathy, respect, and genuine care. My qualifications guide my practice, and it is the therapeutic relationship we build together that creates the foundation for meaningful change.

Words From Those
I've Worked With
Every person's journey is different. These reflections offer a glimpse into what therapy has meant for some of the people I've had the privilege of supporting.
I came in feeling completely overwhelmed by work stress and didn't know where to start. Having a space where I could just talk without being judged made all the difference.
Therapy helped me understand patterns in my relationships I'd never noticed before. I feel calmer and more sure of myself now.
After my loss, I didn't think anyone could really understand. This was the first space where I felt truly heard.
As a new parent, I was constantly second-guessing myself. These sessions gave me both practical guidance and the confidence to trust my instincts.
I'd tried therapy before but never felt this comfortable opening up. The CBT techniques we worked through actually gave me tools I still use.

Before beginning therapy
It is completely natural to have questions before beginning therapy. If you are wondering whether therapy is the right step for you, or curious about what to expect, here are answers to a few questions that may already be on your mind.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
+Yes. Research has shown that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, and many more. More than the setting, what matters most is having a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, heard, understood, and comfortable enough to share openly.
Will everything I share remain confidential?
+Yes. What you share in therapy is kept private and confidential. The only exceptions are rare situations where there is a serious concern that you or someone else may be at risk of harm, or where disclosure is required by law. In such situations, the necessary steps are taken to help ensure everyone's safety. Confidentiality is one of the foundations of a trusting therapeutic relationship, and it is something we take very seriously.
How long is each therapy session?
+Most sessions last around 50–60 minutes, giving us enough time to explore what's on your mind without feeling rushed.
How many sessions will I need?
+Every person's journey is different. Some concerns may require only a few sessions, while deeper issues may benefit from longer-term support. This is discussed collaboratively during therapy.
How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
+Finding the right therapist matters. Therapy is not just techniques or advice—it’s a relationship built on trust, safety, compassion, and respect. When you find a therapist with whom you feel genuinely heard and understood, it becomes easier to explore difficult experiences, discover new perspectives, and create meaningful change over time. My hope is to offer you a space where you feel safe enough to be yourself, comfortable enough to speak honestly, and supported as you work towards a life that feels healthier, calmer, and more meaningful.
